Master Plan

The Draft Master Plan for Chavakkad  town prepared by the Municipal Council of Chavakkad in respect of the Local Planning Area consisting of the whole area of Chavakkad Municipality, with boundaries described in the schedule below and a copy of which is attached hereto is hereby published in the official website https://chavakkadmunicipality.lsgkerala.gov.in of Chavakkad Municipality as per section 36(4) of the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 20.16 (Act No.9 of 2016). Any person interested in the Plan may communicate in writing to the Secretary. Chavakkad Municipality, any objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days from the date of the publication of the Notice of publication of the Draft Master Plan for Chavakkad town in the Official Gazette.
